Shree Ganapati Atharvashirsha Stotra Shree Ganapati Atharvashirsha comprises of 3 parts. 1.Shantimantra :- Shanti means Peace. The reason behind chanting Shanti mantra is to calm down our body & mind. 2.Shree Atharvashirsha:- This is actual Shree Atharvashirsha, it comprises of 10 shlokas (verses) 3.Falashruti :- This explains all benefits of chanting this stotra.   Manipura Chakra – Solar Plexus Chakra Manipura Chakra or the solar plexus chakra is the third of our seven chakras. This chakra acts as our body’s energy power-house. Manipura chakra is the core of your personality and identity. When balanced, this chakra allows your authentic self to shine brightly.   Manipura:-Mani means "jewel" and Pura means "place or city". So  Manipura translates from Sanskrit as “Shining Gem or City of Jewels.”  Today I will share some basic information about Manipura chakra in this blog as follows:- ~Location of the Manipura Chakra is between the navel and the bottom of the rib cage. As the seat of digestive fire, this Chakra regulates the function of the Pancreas and digestive organs. This chakra is connected to organs like the spleen and liver, where a person’s inner energy originates. ~  The seed mantra or beej mantra of Manipura chakra is the syllable ‘Ram ( रं )’. Svadhishthana Chakra (Sacral Chakra) In my previous blog, I shared information about Svadhishthana chakra, a close neighbour of Muladhara chakra. Let’s continue with some more information about it. Today, we will see how to balance/energize Svadhishthana chakra and what are the signs of imbalanced/blocked Svadhishthana chakra and how it impact us negatively then. Svadhishthana Chakra (Sacral Chakra) Today we will talk about the next chakra i.e Svadhishthana Chakra (Sacral Chakra).
