Muladhara chakra

Today will continue with more information about Muladhara chakra. We will talk about what are the signs of Imbalanced/blocked Muladhara chakra and what we can do to balance/energised Muladhara chakra.

Signs of Imbalanced/Blocked Muladhara Chakra:-
- You may experience pain in your intestines and lower body.
- It can cause mental stress which is visible through one’s physical/outer body.You may experience emotional imbalances e.g. feeling worried about basic survival needs like work, money, shelter, food.
- Problems in the immune and digestion system, legs, feet etc.
- You may experience inability to take action.
- You may get feeling of exhausted or lethargic.
- Feelings of being disconnected and isolated.
- Panic attacks or anxiety.

How to balance Muladhara chakra:-
1. To balance Muladhara chakra please do Meditation.Meditation is the first and very important solution to almost all our physical as well as mental imbalances. Meditation is the best natural way for calming and restoring energy in all chakras also creating a steadiness in our mind and body.

2. You can balance Muladhara chakra through yogasanas. This helps in unifying the energy centers of the body. Spend time in poses with Shavasana(Corpse Pose), Surya Namaskara(Sun Salutations), Shashankasana (Child’s Pose), Malasana (Garland Pose), Uttanasana (Standing Forward Bend), Tadasana (Mountain Pose) etc.
Practicing Tree Pose (Vrikshasana) and Mountain Pose (Tadasana) postures helps to balance Muladhara Chakra.

3. To balance Muladhara chakra you can do breathing exercises. You can do counted breaths with breath retention (please do it with expert advise). As you breathe in hold it count to 4, then breathe out and the hold it count to 4 as you breathe out. This will activate the sympathetic nervous system to decrease stress.

4. Use positive affirmations to balance Muladhara chakra. For e.g.:-
I am safe and secure.
I have found my peace.
I trust more and I am fearless.
I love myself.
I can take care of my well-being.
I am open to all possibilities of the universe.
I have abundance in my life.
I trust the universe to support me.

5. Visualise a closed red flower is opening slowly and flower is blooming in with full radiating a very powerful energy.

This is how you can balance and energise your Muladhara chakra.

Through my previous and this blog, I have tried to share as much as I can in simple words so that all can understand the importance, meaning and how to balance Muladhara chakra.
